Customer Appreciation Letters for Better Relationship Management

postcard letters stamps

Showing customer appreciation is vital to building long-term relationships with those who buy your products or services.

It's always easier to make a sale to a customer who has already had a positive buying experience with your company.

And repeat sales are much less expensive to make--in terms of both time and money.

However, don't make the mistake that some business professionals make. Don't spend so much time courting new prospects that you allow your relationships with current customers to grow cold.

All customers appreciate a freebie or a great discount now and then. They also like to know that you are grateful for their patronage.

So drop your customers a note from time to time, just to thank them for their business--without asking for anything in return.

And include a coupon for a product or service that he or she has purchased in the past, or something similar.

Yes, this will take a little work on your part. But I promise you, the rewards will be well worth it. To help you get started, we've included several customer appreciation letters below.
